Hi, I'm Carey Larson. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of High Point Counseling.  I grew up on a small farm in Northern Utah and attended Utah State University where I earned a BA in Communications and a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family,  playing tennis, camping, and being in the mountains. I have a passion for what I do and love working and helping others. My experience and training has been with individuals who struggle with pornography addiction, couple relationship issues, struggling adolescents, and individual issues.  I have skill and expertise with issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, and family relationship conflicts. I am also Gottman level one, level two, and Level three trained and a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family therapy. I also speak Spanish and offer those services when needed.

Jessica Bright, LMFT

Jessica is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families.  She is a warm and intuitive therapist who believes that all individuals possess unique skills and strengths and that with guidance clients can gain the necessary skills and tools to resolve life difficulties and problems.  

Jessica is also a life coach and works with individuals who want to accomplish specific skills or desire specific goals and outcomes.  As a coach she specializes in helping individuals process, identify emotions and mental blocks that are getting in the way of personal fulfillment, life purpose, and clarity.  

Jessica is fluent in Spanish and can provide Spanish therapy and coaching when needed.  

Outside of work:  Jessica enjoys spending time at home with her family.  She resides in Utah with her husband and her 2 children.  She really enjoys the outdoors, adventure, warm pools and oceans.  She enjoys traveling and visiting extended family in California and Mexico.
