Job Title: Administrative Assistant - THIS POSITION IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring that the office runs efficiently and that administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Hours: Part Time 2:00pm - 7:00pm and every third Friday
Pay: Based on experience, Simple IRA Contributions
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Greet clients and check them in with their clinician.
2. Answer and direct phone calls and other forms of communication in a professional manner.
3. Perform general clerical duties, such as scheduling, billing, and scanning documents.
4. Maintain office supplies inventory when necessary.
5. Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
8. Coordinate with other admin. to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
9. Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed.
10. Light cleaning duties: vacuuming, dusting, restocking fridge, wiping down surfaces, etc.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience and/or qualification as an Administrative Ass
istant or Secretary will be a plus.
2. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
3. Proficiency in Google Applications (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) and other office platforms.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Knowledge of basic office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
9. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
