Hi - I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of High Point Counseling.  I grew up on a small farm in Northern Utah and attended Utah State University where I earned my BA in Communications and my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, boating, playing tennis, basketball, camping, and being in the mountains. I have a passion for what I do and love working and helping others.

I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, and children. I have specialized training in working with couples, trauma, anxiety, pornography and sex addiction. I also have skill and expertise with depression, grief, sexual abuse, and family relationship conflicts.
